Default Jumping from Nightfall to Prophesies

I am probably be going to be asked why I wish to do this but I will ask the question anyway. is it possible to enter the Prophesies game when I built my charactor in Nightfall ? I do have all four parts of GW, prophesies,Factions, NightFall, And IOTN.
I first started with my earliest character in prophesies and added the rest on from there. I am now on my eighth character but only the first two were started in prophesies I started most from Factions & Nightfall which allowed movement into the later GW games but I cannot seem to find any way to to enter the Ascalon area as I am getting totally frustrated with the other games as I have now built a character I enjoy playing with but although I have not completed all of the Missions / quests in any of them I am unable to find the "triggers" or complete the more difficult quests to continue.

The missions in IOTN I have not yet been able to complete are "The Heart of Shiverpeaks" as I have not been able to defeat Cyndr the mountain heart. Or "The Anvil of Dragrimmer" and unable to defeat "the Remnant of Antiquities" or the "Veilded threat " Mission as I cannot even get the the third level to defeat Rragar in his menagerie. or the "Against the Destroyers" mission to seek out Jalis Iron Hammer" I suspect that if I was /am able to complete those missions others would open up for me but I have not been able to do so thus far.

Also in Nightfall I have not been able to complete / win the Dzagonur Bastion Mission and there does not seem to be many more to complete I have completed 15/17 of Nightfall but no others are opening up for me to play.also at some stage during my game play I chose to play on with the "Master of Whispers" and not "Margrid the sly" and consequently any missions concerning her are now closed to me.

I have through frustration explored my way around the maps and entered the towns / outposts just making my way to them but when I finally get there the quests / missions which I was able to access through other characters are not forthcoming, also I am unable to remember how to gain the entrance to the mission in the "Grand Court of Sebelkah" again I have played that mission with another character but cannot now find entry into it with this one.
Any advice on any of the above subjects would be very welcome as I enjoy playing the game so much, but the only missions now left open to me are very frustrating as I get fed up with getting my butt regularly kicked in trying to complete the above missions.

Default Wiki and search are your friends

NF to Prophecies: Terror in Tyria.

Cyndr: Spread out, [[Protective Spirit], use life steal and/or degen. This guy is tougher than the "Great" Destroyer. There's a thread on this guy here.

Rragar: Sabway.
Dragrimmar: Racway. Throw Dazed on the boss, and try to stay out of the wards. I liked the "hex-heavy" version of the builds here.

Nightfall mssion list. Find the mission(s) you're missing, and you'll find conditions necessary on their respective article page. There's also this thread on Guru. It's very good if you are stuck, and can't figure out how to get the remaing missions.

Dzagonur Bastion: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...onur+basti on
Do an advanced search in Nightfall Explorer's League for "Dzagonur Bastion," and you'll find 34 threads.

you can access Tyria, but you will find most quests are not going to be available to your other campaign chars save the mission lines. You cannot access Pre Searing at all.

As far as Dzagonur Bastion, follow the walkthrough on the WIKI, it worked for me, masters 1st time through with H/H.

Also, don't forget to get the quests in the final NF area after beating Abbadon, those will give you the heroes that you don't have, and the ability to finish the quests that require them. If you have done the final NF mission, you will have to re-do it to access the quests, they are only available in that final zone.

I did Rilohn Refuge, Bastion, and Jennurs Horde after completing the final mission and acquiring the heroes needed to do them.

Alternatively, if you have a friend with the required heroes, ask that friend to team up with you. Hopefully the friend's kitted out that hero fairly well, although it shouldn't be a problem unless you're doing it in HM - Jennur's Horde in NM was OK even without a remotely decent Koss (crap skills, crap armor, crap weapons), but HM was a nightmare.

Many thanks for advice on where to go from here. I will try the Sabway Nec option and see where it takes me. to answer a few other points , No I have not completed NF as I think I explained am stuck where i am and cannot proceed further, so defeating Abaddon is just a pipe dream at the moment.
No I do not have any friends playing GW so cannot look for help there, I am not a member of a guild because I cannot see the benifit of joining one also I balk at asking others to join me in a missions or joining others in the same as I have had some poor experiences with people criticising my build and although I have been a member of GW since Aug last year do not consider myself an experienced player I just enjoy playing with the best skills that I have.and to have others tell me I have a crap build is confidence destroying. The main reason for wanting to try Tyria is so I can capture some Necro skills there as I believe that some are unique to Tyria (am I wrong in that belief ? )

There are always skills unique to each campaign, so no, you're not wrong.

I would like to say that that may be your best reason to join a guild. Think of it this way - very soon GW will be hitting its 4th birthday. People have higher expectations, have unlocked a lot of things (and can tome them up!) that you are still striving to get, and have done many missions several times over.

They do not know that you are relatively inexperienced, and quite frankly, if you go out and PUG, they probably don't care. It may be that your build works, and they only want a wiki build; it may also be that your build is well and truly crap - no offense meant. If the latter, having someone to ask for an explanation helps a lot. "This particular bar doesn't work" is a great deal less confidence-destroying than "...WTF NOOB". Find a friendly guild - some are recruiting in the forum, I'm sure - and ask friendly players familiar with your class to help.

If you're only going to Tyria for skillcaps first, then this will generally not be an issue - just remember that bosses with elite skills only start appearing in the Crystal Desert, so you've got a ways to go!

Once you get to Lions Arch you could get a run to Droks Forge via Beacons Perch and Camp Rankor. Just outside of Camp Rankor you can cap Spiteful Spirit.

Beacons to Droks costs 2k atm.

Find a nice friendly guild most will help you with builds & help you cap some elite skills... you'll more than likely get free runs too if needed/wanted.

Thanks a lot Mr Tickle after seven & a half hours I failed to get from Beacon's Perch to Deldrimor War Camp, Lornar's Pass was bad enough, I got through that with 60% DP finally entered Dreadnought's Drift and was totally smashed by an army of Stone Summit which after being wiped out about 100 times in succession without making up an inch of ground I gave up.
My Team ? me a Rit/Nec with my three Hero Sabway Nec/Rit/Monk plus a henchie healer & Archer.
Are there any easier suggestions for me to get to Ascalon please ?

You're going the wrong way for Ascalon - that route takes you towards the Southern Shiverpeaks, lategame area. The correct way should be through the Deldrimor Bowl area instead, and north to Anvil Rock. Then work your way east through the Iron Horse Mines, to Traveler's Vale - then down to the Ascalon areas. You're probably not ready for the Southern Shiverpeaks, which is why you're getting pounded into so much mud. It'll be significantly easier if you go the correct route.
